I was using this tape measure recently while working on one of Caleb’s Christmas presents. As soon as I realized the problem with it I couldn’t believe it and threw it out. Crazy! Made in…well you can see where its made.
I can’t figure out what is wrong with it at all. Keep looking at it and looks like a regular tape measure to me. Doesn’t look like it is skipping any numbers. Any clues?

Well, I don’t know what the “standard” for sewing tape measures is, but all the yard sticks, rulers, and tape measures I’ve ever used start with zero at the actual physical end…
I enjoy all types of creating and crafting and want this to be a place to remember what I've done and to develop new ideas. From sewing, to quilting, to decorating, to general craftiness, I hope this blog will help encourage me and others to create more. And of course I won't be able to resist including pictures of my two sweeties. Enjoy!

You got it Joseph. When I measured 20 inches with this tape measure, it was actually about 20 3/4 inches! Crazy.
