Superhero Capes

While on the subject of superhero capes, I realized that I never posted pictures of the ones I made for my nephews for Christmas this past December. They are reversible batman and superman capes. I followed this pattern to make them. The boys love them!

(look how short both of the kids hair is in this picture! Alice looks almost bald compared to her curly curls she has now)

  1. Hey Michelle,
It’s so nice of you to leave a comment on my page. I look at your site all the time as well. You’re very talented with quilting! The bunny quilt was adorable. We have tons of nephews, so I might “commission” a few capes at some point. What age children do you think they’re appropriate for? Thanks again for the comment; it made me happy!

  2. I clicked on the link you have listed for the superhero capes but it wasn’t available… Do you still have the link or pattern, I would love to get the pattern for my little boy! Thanks so much

  3. Bethany, so sorry that link was broken. I just fixed it so you should be able to click above and see the site I used. Happy sewing! I’m sure you’ll find this pattern pretty straight forward and easy to follow as I did.
